Return Policy 

At GoShopline, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are issues on our behalf, such as receiving damaged clothing or the wrong shipment, we are here to help. 

Eligibility for Returns: 

●  Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. 
●  Returns are only accepted for seller’s fault reasons, such as: 

○  Damaged clothing 
○  Incorrect items received 
○  If you have concerns regarding your refund eligibility, contact us at

Return Process: 
●  To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@annvafashion.com within 7 days of receiving your order. 
●  Include your order number, a description of the issue, and preferably photos. 
●  Our team will review your request and provide further instructions on how to return the item(s). 

Refunds: 
●  Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
●  If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. 

Please note that returns will not be accepted for any reason other than the issues mentioned above. 

Shipping Policy 

We are committed to ensuring that your orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. Please review the shipping times and details below: 

Shipping Times: 
● Los Angeles Warehouse: Orders will be processed and shipped out within 3 business days. 
● Asia Warehouse: Orders will have a processing time of approximately 15+ days before being shipped out. 

Important Notes: 

●  Please note that orders from our Asia warehouse may have extended processing times due to the nature of wholesale distribution and manufacturing lead times. 
●  Customers should consider these processing times when placing large orders, especially for specific seasons or holidays. 

Shipping Costs: 
● Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. 

Order Tracking: 

● Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.
